From this Guide Dogs YouTube channel: video description:
"In this video, we meet Cerys, who tells us about life with a vision impairment and what it was like moving to London, studying at university, and going on to find a job and start their career.
We meet Cerys at home, get ready to leave the house and hear about the various pieces of mainstream and assistive technology they use. Cerys shows us how you can use Navilens to help identify objects and carry out everyday tasks like making a cup of tea. We then follow Cerys to work, where they're using JAWS screen reader software on their office computer. And finally, Cerys shows us how they use Google Maps and Be My Eyes to meet up with friends for a post-work drink."
